Parents join students on Sunday October 6 to make a square for the class chuppah/quilt. You will need to bring your child’s Hebrew name to this workshop. Don’t panic if you don’t have or know the Hebrew name, Rabbi Weiss, Rabbi Kirzane and Cantor Green are ready to help you! Just let us know. After the gan students put their handprint on the square and artwork is completed, the students will return to class without parents. The chuppah is used at gan consecration on Friday, November 22 at 6:30.
